Please note before purchasing tickets:

  • Your charge card statement will show a charge from CARING COMMUNITIES.  Please note this to avoid confusion when your statement arrives.
  • Store tickets in a safe place. Save the email to print out the ticket again if you lose it.
  • Confirmation email will be sent, this is not valid as a ticket for entry. You Must print the ticket and bring it for collection. Or show us the ticket on your smart phone.
  • No refunds or cancellations, so please be sure you can attend BEFORE you purchase tickets. You may transfer tickets to any person 21 or older, but tickets are ONLY transferrable with prior approval of Caring Communities, please call 410.549.5707 to do so.
  • You must be 21 to enter, no exceptions.
  • Every guest must show a valid ID at the door.
  • The name on your ID must match the one printed on the ticket.
  • Ticket Prices, menu and bar selections and entertainment are subject to change. Prices listed are for advance purchase only, and may increase as New Years approaches.

  • By Purchasing Tickets, you and every guest you purchase tickets for agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. You may assign or donate your ticket to any other party, however, you must receive prior approval from Caring Communities at 410-549-5707. If the event is canceled you will receive an automatic refund for the face value of the ticket. If the event is postponed you may request a refund for the face value of the ticket.

To request a refund you must forward your original e-mail receipt to info@caringcommunities.org. Refund requests must be made within five days of the event’s originally scheduled date. Unless the event is canceled or rescheduled there are no refunds. Under no circumstances is the service charge (if applicable) ever refunded even if an event is cancelled.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Under no circumstances is Caring Communities obligated to issue a replacement ticket for any ticket that has been damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed. In advance, we can send the ticket email to the email address listed on the purchase form.

The event is age restricted, you certify that all ticket holders meet the minimum age requirement and will bring proper ID to that event. If you are denied entry based on age requirements or failure to provide a picture ID, you will not receive a refund for this purchase. We have the right to refuse admission to, or remove, anyone who is overly intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or is causing danger to or disturbing other guests, in the opinion of the organizers. Again, you will NOT be issued a refund if you are refused admission or removed from the event for this or any other reason.

2. FINANCIAL OBLIGATION

The name on your credit card statement, if tickets are purchased through this page, will be Caring CommunitiesThat is the charity that runs and hosts this event, and we appreciate your support. If for any reason the charges are reversed through our mistake, or through an action you took through your bank, you hereby agree to subsequently pay the full price for the tickets purchased herein. This is an unlikely occurrence, but hey, we had to let you know.

3. WEATHER NOTICE

In the event of inclement weather, this party will STILL GO ON. Unless the party is cancelled due a state of emergency that closes the venue, this event will NOT be cancelled. No refunds will be honored if you are not able to attend. You may assign or donate your ticket to any other party, with prior permission, and it will be honored. This only applies to the event, not your hotel room reservation, please check with the hotel regarding cancellation and weather policies.

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

In consideration of being granted access to the event and use of event facilities in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, I, the user of this ticket, for myself and on behalf of my estate, trustees, heirs and assigns, HEREBY RELEASE HOLD HARMLESS, Caring Communities, Groundwire Entertainment, Hilton BWI Hotel and all other sponsors and their respective owners, directors, officers, agents, employees, successors, and assigns (“Releases”), from any and all claims, losses, injuries or damages to persons or property, and from liability for injury, disability, or death, and from costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees), WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES OR OTHERWISE, that arise out of or in any way relate to the event and/or my attendance at the event, except those claims arising out of the wanton and willful misconduct of the Releases. I further accept, assume and incur all responsibility for the risk of injury, disability, or death arising out of or in any way related to the event or my attendance at the event.

This event & its activities may be photographed and/or video recorded. By purchasing tickets to this event you grant Caring Communities, Groundwire Entertainment, and all contracted photographer & video companies (“the Companies”) the right to use your name, biographical data, portrait, photograph, voice, or likeness in any form in whole or in part, for advertising, promotional, or trade purposes related to the Companies products and services in any and all media, without territorial, time, use, or other limitation, and without additional compensation, notification or permission.

You further release the Companies from all liabilities arising out of any distortion or faulty mechanical productions of your likeness, and agree that any and all materials, storage mediums and recordings, regardless of form, containing your likeness and or voice and shall remain the property of the Companies.

Also by purchasing tickets to this event allows Caring Communities, Groundwire Entertainment & all event production partners the permission to contact you by email, mail, text or phone in the future in regards to promoting other events of any type.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT and other TERMS AND CONDITIONS, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I WAIVE SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY CLICKING THE “I Agree” BUTTON (which shall be deemed my signature to this Agreement), AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY.
